Outreach Coordinator

Dingil (Dee) Haile is a longtime community organizer in the Seattle area. She currently serves as Community Navigator within the Restorative Community Pathways program. As a RCP Community Navigator she works directly with youth in the aftermath of harm, connecting them to their basic needs providing support while walking alongside them on their journey toward healing and accountability. Dee is driven by her deep love and commitment to community and the belief that we are all worthy of safety, agency, belonging, and dignity.
